The guy called and left a message using my dad's first name, which isn't the name he goes by. The guy was like "hey you there, cmon now, answer the phone" with a very southern accent. The phone number is unlisted.

threathing calls with my social number trying to get money out of me. they called before with a new your area code just last month. its been plenty of people complaing about this person online... please help

Will not say anything just hangs up when u answer. Has called 6 times in the last 4 hours. Tried to call back and it just gives a message saying mailbox is full. This is some crap. Last call was at 10 pm. We have to get up at 5 am. Please tell me how 2 stop these calls.

This is a call from Bank Of America card services. Basically every guy in this place is a complete jerk. They are rude and don’t give a crap about you the customer at all. They tracked down the main line to my work and started harassing the receptionist. They would not say who or what they were calling about. I was in a meeting and they literally called every 10 min. I hate these people and I will never do business with B of A again.

I don't pick up calls srom imknown numbers with no ID. Message states that I must call this law office (no name) immediately and gives a case number. An 800 number is given for call back. I did not call back. Any reputable law office would at least give it's name and possibly the reason for calling.

they keep calling me and not leaving any messages so I don't pick up...It's annoying

called me at work, and said that he was calling because I had a legal obligation the next day at 11 am and wanted my lawyers information. I then said that I was not going to give him any information because if I was really due in court I would have something in writing and then I said no I am not giving it to you, and then he asked if I had been briefed on the case and I said no I have not and I know it is a scam because it has happened to me once before and now I am going to call the police. I then hung up and called The Sheriffs Dept in my county and told him what was going on. I then had my brother in law check my caller id at home and they had called there to but did not leave a message. Please be very careful of these calls this is the second time it ha happend to me and the first time it was $6000.00 that they wanted me to pay for some loan that I did not take out on the computer.
